MySI Speakers Institute platform
§ Brief

The problem.

MySI coaches public speakers through a franchise model spanning coaches, franchisees, event staff, and program managers — each with fundamentally different needs from the same platform. Before us, enrollment happened across multiple disconnected tools: a landing page, a separate LMS, and coach assignments done over email.

Eight distinct user types needed access to one system without stepping on each other.

§ Approach

Eight roles, one system.

We built a unified platform with role-based auth at the core. Admin, Program Manager, Coach, Event Staff, Franchisee, Moderator, Ambassador, and User each get a tailored view from the same codebase — the same login page, completely different experience on the other side.

The enrollment funnel lives on the marketing landing page and feeds directly into the platform. New students sign up, pick a program, and land in a coach’s cohort without any manual handoff. Franchisees manage their own locations; coaches see only their assigned groups.

§ Outcome

One platform.

MySI now runs its full coaching operation through one system. New franchisees are onboarded in minutes rather than days. Coaches see only their cohorts. Administrators have complete visibility across every program without needing to query anyone for a status update.

The enrollment funnel removed the manual step between interest and enrollment, cutting drop-off at signup significantly.
